I would never trust Janet at Irwin tax ever again!! I communicated with her to not disclose any financial or otherwise information about me to my ex, and she did just that!!! Never mind the fact that all my receipts just happened to go missing!! I tried reaching out via email to ask why she did this and then also left messages on her voicemail; no response!! Last communication from me was April 2024 and to this day (May 5/25)she has still not reached out to me which tells me she is guilty of breaching the privacy policy act!... read more
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from Irwin Tax. My husband and I have been doing our taxes here for a few years now with no issies. I am surprised I even have to write this review but I had a very negative experience with them while completing my return this year. Unfortunately, they lost several of my personal documents which included originals related to my deceased mother’s tax records. Despite my efforts to ensure everything was organized including providing a cover letter requesting the safe return ... read more
