Dan Irwin unethically and without merit subpeaoned my past employment files without my permission or knowlegde for one of his client who has an HRO against her. My name nor myself was never mentioned in the HRO that was granted against his client for stalking. I am not part of or involved in the said HRO. Mr Irwin DID not follow subpoena rules, I was never notified of this subpoena for my records. I never had an opportunity to squash the request.
