We’ve been going to the credit union for 29 years. The only problem I have is the system. I wish it was more simple to get on and when it kicks you off you gotta wait until it’s open to get in your checking account or savings. The employees are great. I do miss Laura that work there.

Absolutely terrible experience, they will not cash checks drawn from their bank unless you too are a member. The check was issued from them!!!

The “only male loan officer” was extremely rude when I called asking about the loan status for a mutual customer. I’ve never experienced that lack of professionalism, or the fact that he couldn’t seem to tie the customer name and information, to the only loan officer working on our customers deal. I recommend having some training classes on how to speak to people, or this credit union will lose business. Extremely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service! The employees at that bank act like they hate their job! They don't greet their customers or treat them like they appreciate their business. Nobody is ever available to assist, and especially when you need them! I had an account there for over 34 years and I closed it out, because of their horrible service! They have really gone downhill the last 4 yrs. Also, they need to catch-up with the times by using some technology advancements.
