Mr. Jeff Crumly has for years now been so helpful, respectful and professional and I just wanted say publicly that man deserves all the Praises and (hopefully) Raises that’s due him! Also, Ms. Claudia Yeverino as well as the other staff members have been so kind during my visits to the Credit Union, I really appreciate all of them!
Jeff I hope you forgive me for calling you out but you have been the single most help in my life for understanding credit and finding ways to live my best with the loans you've got me approved for. You're one hell of a guy!
Nice people, decent rates, etc. Buggy computer systems; changed my address online and checked on the app, displays the new address. For some reason they didn't have the new address on their end. Paperwork kept going to the old address. Direct deposit had issues as well. Account is always locked, have to keep calling to reset my password, it’s happened consecutively before. Don’t know if I can trust them to keep anything secure.
