When we have an extra hour; we definitely stop in at Irvine's. The inventory is amazing! The staff are all friendly and very clean organized store.
A huge shout out to Magician Nicole in Hats. This lady took my favourite beat up cowboy hat and made it look like my new favourite cowboy hat. Thank you Nicole! Thank you to Scott for making us laugh, good conversation and carrying our stuff to the front so that we could shop a little more. Thank you Scott! This place is our favourite place to go and these two people are one of the reasons why.
I didn’t want to write this review but here I am. For all of those who work at the cash register - get some better people skills and learn to be polite!! I’ve noticed time again and again that every single time I’ve come in here I’m treated poorly by the staff at the cash register when I don’t dress the whole ‘western’ or ‘farmer’ look. It’s like the girls at the front are the typical ‘mean girls’ you see in movies. I constantly feel like I’m being belittled every single time I try to have a conversation with them.
