Bought my bike here - wasn't sure what i was looking for but I was given advice by the owner and found a great bike within my budget, Friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend
My son went in with his bike got sorted paid the price as he was going home he noticed the brakes weren't working like they were when he took it in so he went back in they said not fixing it wasn't them so my son phoned me and me and the bike store had a chat long story short I was met with cheek and a tone of voice and told to never go back and he done us a favour by paying him to do a job.i was willing to pay to get the brakes fixed but not now and well tbh I hope whoever I spoke to does the toilet and it feels like he's p... read more
Just needed a break fixed on my son's bike, so I phoned to ask if they could do it and was told I had to book it in online. Very un-user friendly booking form, on which I apparently ticked a "YES" box to say they could fix / replace whatever they wanted and so £240 later my 13year old son's practically brand new bike was given new tyres, new chain, new cassette, new break pads, new gear wire cable, and new pedals. Purchased an ebike, process was easy and bike received quickly. Recently required a bike repair and again booked in quickly with repair carried out. Great service.
