0 stars if allowed! THEY SENT US PICTURES OF THE WRONG CHILDREN!!!! 3 months later, we still don’t have pictures of OUR kids, surely they received payment from us months ago! No communication, awful customer experience, months without pictures of our kids…. For a laugh they actually sent us a similar aged boy and girl…. Never corrected - there is no one to talk to!
Outrageous! how can you charge for one small picture $30 plus tax plush shipping! the choices are very limited, you need to pay separately for class picture or buy the whole package that no one needs?
This service is horrible they don't know where my son school pictures are it no number the email they gave me took hours to answer back plus it pricy for a little bit of pictures
