I loved Fresh Picks and was a loyal customer for years. I had a monthly recurring pasture picks box and appreciated the quality, customer service, and consistency. Things have started quickly falling apart over the past several months, however. The first time I didn't receive my delivery, they claimed the driver did deliver it (despite lacking their usual delivery confirmation text) and that it must have been stolen from my porch (despite my security camera footage not showing any deliveries that day). Buyers be aware that this company has stollen products from local farmers and refused to pay them up to $2k! As a CSA member who buys shares of the produce from my local CSA this news greatly upset me. To the owners of FreshPicks, please do right by these hard working farmers and pay them back!!!
