Did Freshpicks close? I was unable to even access the website, far less my account? I haven't ordered from them in awhile, but always get their Thanksgiving package. What is going on??

I loved Fresh Picks and was a loyal customer for years. I had a monthly recurring pasture picks box and appreciated the quality, customer service, and consistency. Things have started quickly falling apart over the past several months, however. The first time I didn't receive my delivery, they claimed the driver did deliver it (despite lacking their usual delivery confirmation text) and that it must have been stolen from my porch (despite my security camera footage not showing any deliveries that day).
