I brought my son here yesterday. Tina immediately greeted us when we walked in, and helped us as soon as she finished up with another customer. My kiddo has adhd and sensory issues, so finding shoes is a struggle. She was very patient with him, and took her time to evaluate all his trouble points. She listened to his concerns intently, and patiently had him try on multiple pairs of shoes with and without an insert, to find the best option for him. I have not been to any other iRun locations, but the staff here were fantastic. They were polite, not at all pushy, and clearly knew their stuff. The shoes were fairly priced, although most of the other gear was outside my dirtbag-runner budget. The staff’s attitude more than made up for it. This is my new shoe store.

Garrett was very helpful and knowledgeable! Him and Tina were both very welcoming. Great selection of shoes, and with the knowledge of the staff it was so easy to find the perfect shoe for my feet and needs. Highly recommend! The right shoe makes all the difference, and online does not compare to a knowledgeable person helping you out.
