Wanted to send a BIG shout out to Tina, the store manager at the Stone Oak location! Without giving too much detail she went ABOVE AND BEYOND her normal duties at IRun!!! Just know that you’ll be well taken care of, even after the sale has been made!! In the future this will be the only location I shop at to show my gratitude to Tina! Thanks for making a difficult situation as easy as possible!! She’s truly been a blessing and is VERY appreciated!! Keep up the excellent job you’re doing Tina!
I had a great first experience at iRun! Tina was extremely welcoming and helpful. She worked very diligently to help me find the perfect pair of running shoes and I love them! Will definitely be back!
What an amazing experience. We were in San Antonio and walked in the store and were greeted by the most friendly ladies who helped us get our daughter get her first pair of running shoes. Stop in , you will not be disappointed!!!
I stopped in expecting to just browse, but ended up having one of the best experiences I’ve had at a running store. Tina was welcoming and checked in on me, and Evan, who I later found out was a visiting rep, took the time to ask smart, thoughtful questions, explain my options clearly, and helped me compare without any pressure.
