Exceptional customer service from Tina! My wife and I walked in around 5:40 pm on Saturday and she stayed open an additional hour for us. Tina provided expert guidance, did not push me to buy, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right shoes and socks. I’ll be back.

Thank you so much for the beautiful Brooks Ghost 17 pink shoes that I have been searching high and low for! I was about to give up searching from Wisconsin and made a few more calls and had a local run specialty shoe store check their system for anywhere in the USA and low and behold, one of the last pairs in my size was at your store in Texas. The customer service was phenomenal from the first phone call, ordering online, to getting them in the mail yesterday :) If I'm ever in your area, I will be sure to visit your store.

I dont think ive ever had this much fun at a store as i did here. It was my first time at a running store and i was a bit intimidated. But thanks to Maureen and Roger they created a fun environment and even helped me find the perfect shoes.
