this is what running specialty retail is at it's finest. superb customer service, from all the employees in the store. on a busy day I was immediaely greeted and helped. where one finished with a customer the next employee picked up with every detail on product I was looking for and left me to make my decisions and choices. my transaction was efficient and fast. they were personable and thankful for my visit. this is rare in todays retail experience.
