Step father in care. nice room, meals ok staff friendly and pleasant, unfortunately the management directives or values at diment towers leave a lot to be desired, my step father hospitalised for weeks then hosp rang and told me he was transferring elsewhere.. still waiting for a call from Diment Towers Manager, nothing, even when we had to get his belongings, an RN called telling me to remove some items that they had in there. I refused,she was going to speak with accom manager, no further contact at all from anyone. Poor m... read more
A great community and close to the centre of Wollongong
Love it here. Friendly & helpful Staff. Excellent meals. Excellent Care & amenities. Would give it 5 out of 5 stars if I had air con instead of overhead fans. Also needs an ATM and Community computer for family video calls and Facebook participation. Ive been here 9 months and happy and relaxed.
