Here's an outline for their Aged Care Quality Audit... I'm hoping theyve done something about it since my mother died, but... How could I really know if they have? * We requested documents. Air quality in room is bad. Restricted window opening 12cm.......should be 30cm.....air conditioning not working.....air coolers are very noisy and don't cool the room properly......very unhealthy for resident and their visitors. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! Suggestion a control for adjustment the actual room.
