Air quality in room is bad. Restricted window opening 12cm.......should be 30cm.....air conditioning not working.....air coolers are very noisy and don't cool the room properly......very unhealthy for resident and their visitors.
DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! Worst nursing home ever. Food is made in Wollongong and driven up, reheated once here. The staff are incompetent and extremely rude. Doesn’t help get the elderly up and out of bed. The elderly person kept falling out of bed so they placed a mattress on the floor and let her sleep there so that she wouldn’t fall anymore, only helped her once her family members spoke up.
Very good agecare, excellent service and very friendly staff , they are providing lots of care for my mother, do respond to my requests at all times, I’m pleased to find IRT Berala on the park to be my mother residence.
