So, my visit with the actual employees wasn't bad per se. They did help in a way. My rating is more based on something they are severely lacking..... a female employee either a security personnel or someone from the irs itself. As someone who has abuse trauma and doesn't trust men that I don't know near my body, it was incredibly difficult to let the security personnel do their job, knowing there was no female that could either ease the anxiety or perform the task while validating my anxiety.
