I received a letter saying They couldn’t identify me and needed information about my 2022 return. I called every day for four days trying to get through and eventually got through and was placed on hold for forty minutes and then the office hung up on me. This place is a joke!

I received a concerning letter from the IRS. I tried calling to talk to someone or make an appointment for over a week. I kept getting cutoff after 20-30 minute waits. I didn’t have an appointment, but went over to the office. I just wanted to know how to get through to make an appointment. The lady was so helpful and handled my issue without an appointment. I sincerely appreciated this lady.
