Have been dealing with someone named Teresa and appears that answering personal text messages is more important that doing her job. I have fighting this case for a while now but I can see why it’s been taking so long. Focus on your job now messages from men.
So apparently, when I owe the IRS money, it’s due yesterday, with interest, penalties, and possibly a handwritten apology. But when they owe me? Suddenly it’s “processing,” “under review,” and “please allow 6 to 8 decades for a response.” It’s like lending money to that one friend who always “forgot their wallet,” but instead of pizza, it’s my own tax refund. I just have a question to ask them about overpayment and they won’t even let me talk to somebody to answer the question ..why are they even there??
If you want to waste your time and ruin your day, go to this Bakersfield location. The girl at the front desk is rude beyond belief. Worst customer experience I’ve seen. The IRS needs to do better at who they put to handle their offices. Nobody gets anything done. None of us can set anything up. Waste of time all around
