Very unprofessional! I’d recommend not wasting your time. First, Cheryl tried to bait and switch us from her $550 fee to an ADDITIONAL $1000 for our rental property business, and ANOTHER $175 to file an extension (which costs her nothing but a few minutes of time). Another big issue we had is that she asks for payment up front without doing any of the work. That’s not typical for a CPA. The other issue is the lack of communication and responsiveness.
