Ms.Space and the front desk team made my visit easier then expected. Nice to see home real women with warm hearts.
Give them a call if you want some genuine disdain and some not-so-subtle patronization from their employees. They don’t want to help, honestly don’t know why the office is even open. Where’s DOGE when you need it. Eloooonnnn!
Very nice to deal with and explain very well to a person what to do
Filed in February. Was told refund will arrive in March. April came and gone. Initiated an investigation in May. Found out IRS mailed my refund to some complete stranger in another state. Now they forward my case to BFS, and when I call to find out more I get "accidental" hang up or put on indefinite hold. This govt agency has no accountability. Meanwhile I can't pay my bills.
