I had a very positive experience at the Oakland IRS office. From the moment I arrived, the security team and staff were courteous, kind, and professional. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Moore (Cubicle 10) for his outstanding service. He was professional, efficient, and provided prompt assistance, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and professionalism throughout my visit.
Emphasize the below comments. The lady at the front desk is awful. Completely unhelpful, no sense of customer service, almost shocking. Would recommend a different office. Tragic waste of time. I’m stunned.
Front desk lady had terrible customer service. Walked in with some questions and she basically said fill this form out and submit and told us to follow instructions even though we clearly had more to say just for her to repeat her self saying to use the irs website for instructions. We didn't come here for just to be hurried off, there was no one there. The instructions did not answer any of our questions, thats why we went in for further information.
