Terrible atmosphere just to get information or turn in a form. Security is placed wrong without walk thru metal detector only a handheld and they stand in front of you when wave the wand after making you place items out of your pocket on a small table in front of a open lobby behind you. Worse than TSA.Brier Creek address is actually 7751 not 7741 like Google maps has. Come on Google get it together.
NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE!!
Been trying to call for months now. Just simply trying to set an appointment and every time they aren’t open (clearly calling on non holiday and during business hours) or it’s too busy. IRS says don’t play with their money but what do I do when mines been played with for over 6months?
