worst place to get anything no documents they claim they dont do taxes i was told to go find a tax filer and i even call to make an appointment and was told not needed just walk in worst thing i ever did got major attitude because they only had 2 people come in like i knew that most disorganized place waist of time 🤡show at its BEST
The "local" phone number is a joke, and routes you into the same menu system as the main IRS number. Some menu selections resulted in instant disconnection of the call
