Straight and utter trash. When I compare my IRS experiences with that of my fiancee, who is a hard working black man, and I actually get to see the disparate treatment through the filings and transcripts, I am utterly disgusted. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 days now and they closed their line to avoid calls, this is some b.s I verified my identity online and completed it and now they send me another letter saying it's not completed and now since I verified my identity online it won't let me do it again!! And they talking about protecting your identity yeah right!! How about protecting these pass due bills I'm trying to get out of debt with
