I would give a zero if I could! I'm been trying to reach people for months, finally got a person a few weeks ago sent info, was given another # for wages income transcript so I can file taxes for my dead brother which is due Oct 150.00 was told I could call a number and get someone to mail me the stuff I need. Now I can't get by the stupid AI!! THEN WHEN THEY SEND ME ITS A 30-60 MIN WAIT Calling AT 815 AM!! so I'm to the point that he's dead!! So theyI (IRS) is out of luck
I went to the social security office and the representative Bridgett was extremely helpful and friendly
Can’t answer a phone call at anytime of day
