Can't get in touch with a live representative filed jan 26th no updates no notices nothing planed surgery around tax season so I could still pay my bills now everything is behind and can't even talk to a real person. Its mid March where is the loan i gave the government, all year.
It's so difficult to deal with these people, the typical "it's not my job" attitude is pervasive. I've been hung up on repeatedly and even had racially motivated poor treatment, no joke I've got a good friend who's got kind of a hood affect to the way he talks and I had him call and they treated him completely different. Dealing with them will ruin your week, they constantly drop call backs, keep you on hold for ever then disconnect you. All of the bad reputation they have developed is earned honestly.
I would like to speak to a person and not be talked to
I called and as soon as the representative took my phone call, she hung up on me. So unprofessional. I sent everything needed and still no refund! This is so frustrating!
