If I owed you money would it take more than a year for you to come and collect? And then to make it circuitous to get in contact with a live person? That's just horrendous
IRS is a damn joke. Takes my refund but shows no breakdown of where my damn money went. Smfh. Do better.
Horrible customer service
First of all I’m not sure if you rate or say something about your interactions with people at the government office, will have any impact or not because, for the first time in my life I have been to this office I felt like I have been treated like a trash. I’m not quite sure if it’s because if you ever have a question or have issues with Tax you are looser! I’m really disappointed to have felt like that today.
