Phone service the worst sensitive to sound if they don’t understand what your saying they hang worst service ever don’t let the line be busy they will hang up!
Wow!! I don't typically leave reviews but holy cow this call manager / customer service solution is absolutely pathetic!! You can't get through it to get to someone to ask a question because the stupid thing doesn't understand any details that you give it. It wants a very specific keyword or it will filter you out and hang up. That is pathetic!
Good luck.. they shouldn’t even be working for the government.. ridiculous!!!I called the lady put me on hold then switched me to Spanish.. ext 100033
