This place is run by people who lack the basic intelligence to even answer the phone. I called at 6PM and was on hold for 2 hours and was disconnected by the computer ,at the time i called the machine said the wait time was between 30 and 60 minutes. My suggestion to Elon Musk is to disconnect the automated anwsering system and replace it with human beings and fire all the irs agents sitting on their asses watching YouTube videos instead of doing their jobs
Someone needs to tell the lady in her little computer room in 4 to watch how she speaks to people because people are coming here because they need help meaning they dont know what the problem is so dont act like we know your job and how things work here because we dont i dont belittle people that come to my dental office because they dont understand so come correct and dont start talking shit when the door closes
The worse experience ever, know one answers the phones, appt are for 2 months out, there is no hours of operation on the website. I’ve been trying to take of an issue from tax time last year and they keep giving me the run away for my money I worked hard for. However just 2 weeks ago the hours was on the website.
