You called to talk to a person and you get AI that never completes anything
1 Star – Absolutely Useless Experience All I needed was to set an appointment. That’s it. Instead, the representative spent the whole time questioning me like I was doing something wrong. Then, right in the middle of the call — it dropped. She had all my contact info, but did she bother to call me back? Nope. No follow-up, no attempt to reconnect, nothing. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would. Total waste of time. Get better representatives that actually do their job.
