I have called on two occasions one a few years ago and once recently to attempt to get stone here. The lady on the phone was ridiculously rude to put it nicely. She scolded me everytime I politely tried to ask a question to try to make sure I was prepared and knew where to go and what to do when I got there. She constantly cut me off to scold me and after the 4th time I told her never mind. I drove 20 minutes to Barre where the lady in the office was super nice and extremely accommodating!
