The lady carry here told me your day I took my piglet to their friend that my pig would be safe there wouldn't be any problem and I would be able to pick her up anytime I want it well it's been a week for almost two weeks now since they told me they were going to bring her home they keep ditching me and keep lying to me but I guess they stole my pig why would you still pay from somebody that loves her very much giving her forever home to go live in just f****** shelter with all the other pigs does it make any sense why you d... read more

I adore Ironwood pig sanctuary. I visited there several years ago and volunteered for several days. I had so much fun. The regular staff was caring and knowledgeable. Mary and Donna always have everything under control. they love their charges. I got to dig a wallow before I left and enjoyed it immensely. Not everyone appreciates the intelligence and exuberant behavior of pigs but I know they are intelligent and fabulous. This is a wonderful and caring sanctuary , also uncommon. *****.
