A fabulous fitness centre with brilliant classes ranging from yoga, hot yoga, Pilates, barre, strength training, reformer Pilates. I've been going for several months now and there is such a difference in my body in terms of posture, strength and flexibility. The tutors are brilliant, special mention to Wioletta, Maz and Rebecca for their kindness, expertise and guidance (both spiritual and physical) There is a positive energy to this place and it's popular too, so I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews!
