I have been going to Ironside Sports & Physiotherapy for longer than I can remember (15 years plus) and have seen Delinda, Meg and Alex. Since 2017, I have had two knee injuries, and frequent neck/shoulder/jaw issues. I have been seeing Alex since at least 2020. Alex and all the staff are wonderful. Alex understands that pain doesn't just impact physically, but mentally as well. He is a great listener and has a world of wisdom and knowledge. Alex works his magic everytime I go for physio treatment on my lower back. Also, the 'results' last a long time for me. Staff are very friendly and efficient.
