Horrible experience, worst bank on the east coast. Been over 1 week since I’ve emailed the branch without response. Expect worst customer service and no communication.

Pros Small bank Local Cons Cannot deposit checks or cash ATM. If something happens to your debit card you can’t get a temporary one. Their fraud system has a lot of false positives It flagged Uber before as a false positive while I was in NYC this could of stranded me as I had no way of getting around when I was there.
