The owner of this farm is one of Pennsylvania's billionaires. She lives near us, so we decided to visit a billionaire. She probably wasn't home. She owns several horse farms, so we decided not to knock as I'm not that rude and wouldn't expect her to welcome us. There is a caretaker's cottage out front likely someone lives in. Like I said, we were curious.

Working part-time security for this farming site, I can say that all parts within this privately owned sector is extremely well kept, clean and neat, with livestock being fabulously taken care of.
Friendly knowledgeable horse people that know and love nice horses. World class horses, equipment and grounds are all very well kept. All in all a professional facility, professionally ran.
