Dr. Ben has been a great help to me in alleviating post knee replacement IT band soreness and helping design exercises for me to regain strength that has alleviated general swelling I was getting. He is extremely knowledgeable and hands on in getting to the root of the problem and helping you to fix it. He provides detailed videos on the exercises themselves so that you can refer to those for use between appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Ben and Iron RX Physical Therapy.

I was feeling uncertain if I would be able to volunteer for the month of July in Yosemite National Park which I had been doing for several years. Four falls in a year undermined my confidence. I had surgery in Oct. PT was not recommended but I felt it would help with my recovery. I found Dr. Ben through a friend and he was great from day 1. His hours are very flexible. He would email my weekly plan with videos to reference in case I forgot from our in person session. He was always available by email or text in between sessions if needed. He truly helped in aiding in my recovery and glad I found him. I would recommend him to anyone for their PT needs.
Dr. Ben is great. Super human being that cares a lot for his clients. A lot of knowledge and very helpful to recover from tough injuries. Dr. Ben has definitely helped me to get me back on the field which wouldn’t have been possible with previous help.
