I had a great experience with Dr. Ben. I originally went in to work on knee cave and a shift in my squats, and he helped me make a lot of progress with that. We also realized during one session that I wasn't properly bracing, he took the time to teach me how to fix it and feel more confident with my form. He was very knowledgeable, supportive and always made sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated how clearly he explained everything.
Dr. Ben has been great in working on strength conditioning for our son. He had a very organized approach on training certain muscle groups on a weekly basis and then making sure the work was put in outside of the sessions. I would highly recommend Dr. Ben for anyone looking to strengthen and general core work.
Dr. Ben helped me recover from a knee injury very quickly, understanding what my goals were and helping me achieve them quickly. He adapted each day to how I was feeling and didn't write just a cookie cutter plan that I could get anywhere. My husband and I have both seen great benefits from working with Dr. Ben and we are grateful to have him as a resource!
