I had surgery in Oct. PT was not recommended but I felt it would help with my recovery. I found Dr. Ben through a friend and he was great from day 1. His hours are very flexible. He would email my weekly plan with videos to reference in case I forgot from our in person session. He was always available by email or text in between sessions if needed. He truly helped in aiding in my recovery and glad I found him. I would recommend him to anyone for their PT needs.
Dr. Ben is great. Super human being that cares a lot for his clients. A lot of knowledge and very helpful to recover from tough injuries. Dr. Ben has definitely helped me to get me back on the field which wouldn’t have been possible with previous help.
Dr. Ben is thorough, proactive and definitely has a good approach to achieve positive results. Not the same old!!! Well worth it!
Ben did a great job at listening to and addressing my challenges. He was able to recommend a treatment plan that was manageable and quickly allowed me to comfortably resume my activities. Thanks!
** UPDATED: I recently had to return to Dr. Ben for a completely different issue. I injured my back and hip and was in so much pain. My GP just gave me muscle relaxers and told me to rest. After a couple months I thankfully reached out to Dr. Ben. JUST 2 VISITS, I was 95% pain free. Followed his exercises at home and am 100% now. He's an expert at dry needling and it was a game changer. I've recommended him to a coworker and he's making great gains.
