Dave Peterson is our transportation manager, with great dispatch staff. I’ve been a driver for Omaha-track/ Iron Junction Logistics for 6 years, a railroad contract/ general freight company. We work beside our rail crews on occasion, we are paid a daily rate plus mileage above that rate, no forced dispatch, no east coast loads, gives you a choice on where to run, with well maintained equipment. We use RGN’s, 48’ flatbeds and end dump trailers

I drove for iron junction for 8 months, thought it would be the company I retired from. When hired I had a misdemeanor charge in Oregon that was several yrs old. They hired me knowing this I never tried to hide it. When Requalifying for erail safe it came up again and without much consideration or notice I was terminated. Dave Peterson lead me to believe he was fighting to keep me on (Back Stabber) when all along it was his decision. Thanks Dave. I have provided good service for Iron Junction LLC with no issues for years Then they decided to force me to take payment for my company via ACH by suspending my account, when we previously agreed that I my company could use a Factoring company. When I asked for reconsideration I was told by an employee that there wouldn’t be any. When I asked to speak to a manager, owner or decision maker, I was block from talking to in one in charge.
