This review for Erik is long overdue. I'm an every day runner and was sidelined for months with a complicated injury. Erik's expertise was critical to my recovery and I cannot recommend him enough. He is extremely detailed and I felt that he truly listened to me. When you're a serious runner and you've encountered an injury, you need someone with running-specific knowledge to guide you. Erik is that person. Thank you Erik for helping me get back out on the trail!
I met with Katheryn today and she was amazing. Not only did she have extensive knowledge on how to approach my issue, she also was extremely nice and patiently answered all of my questions. Very happy I discovered Iron Horse PT.
