The WIC people needs to show more compassion to these people in need. I hope they could go on training or some sort, there’s no empathy, care or compassion. They’ll brush you off as soon as they can.

I think these people need to be kinder, I called them to ask if they could change my son's milk since the 1% gives him diarrhea, they told me that I did not go to the doctor and I told him what was happening and he gave me a note so that I could change I had an appointment today the first appointment was at 9:45 am the lady is talking with some employees she attended me until 10 am and for all this she told me that she could not change it with her despotic tone and in a loud voice she said that she could only remove it and s... read more

I took my daughter in to get WIC for her daughter. She said she's never going back; she said she felt like trash. WIC is a great program that can really help people out. Maybe staff need some empathy training.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had. The nurses were rude. When I went in to sign each new foster child up the office was closed, but online said they were open. I couldn't call because I could never get anyone to answer. The wait time is horrible and the customer service is awful. You would think that they could make these people feel good when they come into any of these offices. I would rather fork out the cash than have to sit and deal with anyone inside any of these offices
