In mid November I received a major back injury during a lift, that made even sitting in my car nearly impossible. As someone who does Crossfit and HIIT 4-5x a week and also long distance runs, this completely shut my life down. Donn really helped get back into the gym. I hadnt worked out for almost 3 months because of elbow pain, and the gym is a huge part of my life. I ended up being reccomend to him by a friend and it absolutely helped. Donn not only acted progesionally but also knows so much, he is very informative will answer any questions you have and helps you get back to where you want to be and farther.
