IronBodyFit Laval is amazing! EMS training here is super efficient—just 20 minutes feels like a full workout. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and really supportive. I’ve seen great results in a short time. Highly recommend!

Environnement agréable, studio propre et deux super entraîneurs
Un concept original mais efficace! Pour moi, ça été simple; j’ai essayé, et j’ai adopté. C’est devenu mon endroit préféré pour transpirer, souffrir juste ce qu’il faut et surtout rire en masse en même temps. Un énorme merci aux entraîneurs Mickaël et Julien qui sont exceptionnels. Toujours à l’écoute et motivants , votre énergie et bonne humeur est contagieuse les gars!!! :D
