Kristina and Jesse are two of the kindest and most down-to-earth people I know. Not only are they patient and knowledgeable coaches, but they are great people, period. My partner has been training with Jesse since Iron 97 opened their doors, and he has seen great results in his overall strength and fitness. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone without reservation.

Iron97 really sets the bar. It’s rare to find a gym that actually knows how to blend strength training with physio. Three months in, and the results are lightyears ahead of anything I’ve seen with other trainers. What really sets them apart is that they’re people-first. From day one, they make you feel comfortable and have curated a culture that demonstrates just how much they value their members and it’s incredibly refreshing.

I have been coming here since June and I have been to different places for physiotherapy and this place is by far the best choice I have ever made. Jesse has been so helpful and is very thorough with his visits and the atmosphere is amazing Kristina is also very kind and has such a good energy I will definitely continue to come here for the long run and recommend this place to whoever wants a good experience
