They took my picture, and sent the print to me a couple of weeks later. I was so disaponted. My eyes are hazel. They cut out all the green and blue, leaving just a boring out of focus brown with a huge hole in the center. I complained but they did not care at all. Now, I am visiting Florence in Italy and found a similar business and they did an amazing job! The way it supposed to be.

Lance was amazing! I accidentally lost my pendant in an airport and he replaced it without hesitation. Great experience and great customer service and definitely recommend!
