My grandmother hates this place. She said there are ants in her apartment and when she told the DON Taylor she smirked and said yea I know. I'm happy she is leaving this place this month. Nothing is done when the residents complain to management. This place will tell you their nice and offer support but they are not. We weren't called when she fell. The aides and nurses are nice but that lady Taylor is rude to residents. Don't let her lie to you and say their a good place.
