I can’t praise Chris and Iris Mortgage enough. From start to finish Chris made the home buying process far less stressful. He is genuine and straight to the point. The team at Iris provides a level of customer care that you don’t see very often. Excellent experience.
Chris is a great loan officer! He always communicates with us, is organized, knows his loan products and is just fun to work with!
Disappointed and dissatisfied. I was trying to sell my house to my daughter. What Christopher told us was that it was going to take very little time and would be relatively easy and fast. For months, my daughter gathered the her documents but had many questions, ( This process was unknown territory to both of us). We both had questions which went unanswered via text, email and voicemails. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t 4 stars. The communication was not there. Over promised under delivered. What seemingly was possible with a title transfer never happened. He sent this to my Mother who he would not respond to. Our experience, was not a positive one.
Great team to work with. Very knowledgeable!
