The staff here are lovely and do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. Annette on the Front Desk is a warm, welcoming and helpful person to deal with. It's not a huge care home which enables it to retain a 'home' feel. Excellent location as well with lots of shops and facilities close by.
Wonderful aged care home. Warm, caring, trustworthy and responsive management, fabulous Nurses and Carers, lovely meals, spotless, fresh and happy environment - couldn’t be more pleased with our decision! My uncle feels safer, well cared for, happier and more relaxed than he has for many years. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Iris Manor.
