I felt very uncomfortable during the facial. She did not explain what she was doing and did not ask me anything about my skin before starting. She did not ever ask if I was doing ok. She left three times during the facial. She did not warn me when she turned on the light or put something cold or hot on my face. I asked one time what she put on my face and she said an exfoliator, but that did not spur her to explain anything else. My massage was very minimal.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I was slightly surprised that the facility was in the basement of someone's house, the cleanliness was questionable to say the least, I could barely understand what she was saying because of her accent, I had a hard time relaxing because of the office business that is also in the basement had people on the phone talking. Instead of a 90 minute european facial that I had an appointment for, I was told she couldn't do a facial because I had a blemish,which was exactly why I needed the facial!!
