This week we bought a bike for our 8 year old. The team at iRIDE were brilliant. From our first interactions with James, then our collection with Kiran. They are knowledgeable, spent time with me and seem to genuinely care. I recommend these guys 100%.

Super friendly. I did the Saturday shop ride and experienced some trouble with my back brakes. The shop was very helpful and friendly and sorted my issue out super efficiently. Was a lekker vibe and good coffee.
I scheduled a bike pack and ship for a bike I was purchasing over marketplace. Scheduling was simple, wait time was minimal, and the packing job was acceptable. I would have liked to see more padding around the frame, and I would have liked to see the brake rotors removed, but the bike arrived with no damage (I only assume since it's a used bike and has damage from prior owner) and the rotors are true.
