Super friendly. I did the Saturday shop ride and experienced some trouble with my back brakes. The shop was very helpful and friendly and sorted my issue out super efficiently. Was a lekker vibe and good coffee.
I scheduled a bike pack and ship for a bike I was purchasing over marketplace. Scheduling was simple, wait time was minimal, and the packing job was acceptable. I would have liked to see more padding around the frame, and I would have liked to see the brake rotors removed, but the bike arrived with no damage (I only assume since it's a used bike and has damage from prior owner) and the rotors are true. I bought a bike from iride about a year ago for my sounds to sounds trip. However, during the trip, the gears skipped constantly and the chain came off regularly. I took it in for 2 services in the south island where they changed a gear shifter and tuned the gears. The issues continued on my return to Wellington. I took it on 4 other short rides, and brought it back to the shop 3 x for services. However the problem was never resolved- each time using another excuse as to why the bike wasn't working properly.
