25 April 26. Very rude behaviour from the customer care representative. She had absolute no sense on how to talk to kids or prospective clients. I believe she is just killing company’s time without any sense on making sales. Spoke to the previous representative and mentioned the bad experience - was told that she hadn’t had any training (whatsoever) but still not an excuse for such poor experience. I would get rid of her if I care about any sales.
