I purchased the AL-A305-17 the massage mechanism is made of plastic. The chair has self destructed ripping the undercover. The PU leather (fake) starts peeling. The customer service is a joke. I was offered a replacement part for $900 if I wanted to fix it or pay $200 extra to get it fixed. DO NOT BUY! You will be lucky of you get 4 years out of it, it is cheap chinese rubbish that seems designed to break. Rude customer service girl not allowing full massage experience of any program for a chair more than $6000+ very discriminatory approach and rudely asking to come later so she can finish her lunch. Bizarre experience
