Their sales representative lied to us on our face and force us to put the deposit to secure discounted deal and told us that at anytime if we don't go ahead with purchase then they will do a full refund. Now the management is refusing to refund our money. Worst people ever to get free money from customers. We will be lodging complain to Fair trading for this unethical and scamming attitude.
