Disappointing quality and refusal to honor Consumer Law I purchased an iRest chair in 2023 and am still currently paying off the installments. Despite the high price tag and minimal use, the tablet/control screen has already failed—it’s glitching and flickering (clear hardware defect), making the chair unusable. iRest support’s response was to tell me the screen isn't covered and demanded $450 for a replacement.
