I unfortunately received a faulty massage chair SL-A100 (cost almost $6k). The malfunctions/error issues of this chair were notified to iRest from the very first day of delivery. iRest have continually refused their responsibilities for providing me with adequate service suggesting ‘everything was normal’, when it wasn’t. After several attempts to resolve, I have asked for a full refund. iRest have ignored my constant emails requesting a refund for the faulty product, which is still under warranty!
