WORST EXPERIENCE - The person working was so rude. I was interested in buying the purple one and one next to it but she was on her phone and didn't help me with the information needed. I asked her for a trial and she said that it is not working and she can't help me . This was the worst experience for me as it felt so disrespectful and frustrating after a full day of purchase around the mall. Deeply disheartening experience
I asked if i can try the chair and she said no, I am busy, she wasn't doing anything at the time there were no other customers, very angry person no customer service. Why are your staff so rude? I asked for her name she ignored me so I took a photo of her and she followed me around the shopping centre.

Please change your staff she is so rude. We just wanted to try the machine bit her face look likes she is not happy letting is try it. So disappointed.
