DO NOT USE !!!!!!! This office lacks attention to detail which is required to prepare tax returns. This person made several errors on my daughter's tax form to include putting the wrong bank routing information and account number resulting in her tax return check being in limbo. When addressing the concerns they refused to correct the situation or return her phone calls and emails. This offices performance has SIGNIFICANTLY DECLINED.
Warning: Theives ! Unprofessional! Liars! Worst experience of my life! Gloria will make every mistake possible and refuse to give you back your money! You will be forced to pay double to amend your return! Return amount is not the same as the paperwork shows (significantly less) which leads me to believe she is stealing! Then when demanding corrections she’ll claim there’s nothing she can do! Take your taxes to anywhere but here! Trust me you’ll thank me later
