I broke my iPhone screen - iTechRepair replaced it with a genuine part, but also replaced the missing bits a previous repairer had left out and updated the software (which Apple said it couldn’t do due to lack of storage). Pricey, but you get what you pay for
Richard has been incredibly helpful. He has given me time, patience and expertise. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
They don’t know what they’re doing - don’t waste your money …
I usually replace phone parts myself, however this time I decided to let someone else do it, for the first and last time ever. The phone is an iPhone 13 mini. 1. My battery, the culprit, was replaced by a used and soon to be dead battery for £65. 2. My original screen got cracked during the repair (apparently an accident) and was replaced with a cheap knock-off which misses the oleophobic layer and has a significantly lower hardness (meaning you will get scratches much more easily).
