They didn't actually do any work I needed to pay for. They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure out that it would be best to just purchase a new phone. Which I was able to do though my company. They could have charged me to fix my phone but they did the right thing.
Sam was pretty easy to work with and had great pricing on the repair I needed - a MacBook OEM screen replacement. However, when I got it back, the screen is noticeably looser than it was before the repair and despite trying to follow up with him multiple times, there has not been a resolution.
Best phone repair I've gotten. Very friendly and the process was simple and efficient. Thanks!
