I don’t know how this place is still open with the scams they run. They not only left me with a computer they couldn’t repair, but they lied about refunding me my money that my insurance company paid me specifically to get my keyboard fixed. First it was their third party system that was backed up with refunds. Then the owner claimed he mailed me a check personally that I have never received. Eventually my messages and calls were ignored. Here I am now still with a broken keyboard and no refund. I would NEVER recommend this ... read more
I brought my laptop in because it would not charge. 2 months, $120, and many phone calls later my laptop still will not charge and I have never received my requested refund. I pray that you never have to rely on this business.

Update: The owners response is Not accurate! The owner told me that he would issue the refund if I remove the google review and sign an agreement that I would not repost the review. That is not lawful! I told him I wasn’t going to sign a document to receive my money back for their faulty work. “Response from the owner We offered this customer a full refund.
