My iPhone 7 battery finally died after 8 years. Took it to Joe, and he had me in and out, battery replaced, in about 15 minutes. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with customer service in a store in a long, long time. The price was more than reasonable, and Joe was super friendly to deal with. If you have a problem with your device, go to Joe. I'll definitely be back if anything happens to my future devices!
He was very quick and fast, took 10 minutes to fix my phone, now it charges better than it ever has. Highly recommend.
